Training Services

In the process of implementing state-of-the art retail merchandising systems at more than 40,000 client sites, AccessVia developed a series of training curriculums designed to cultivate expertise among your own staff. Trainings are generally held at your location, so participants have access to your enterprise data and printed material. Our hands-on courses are designed to give your team the background, training, and practical experience to extract the highest level of performance from your automated signage solution.

Application Administrator Training

An AccessVia Application Engineer enables customers to manage and maintain the application environment. During the one-day Application Administration Training, we will conduct a hands on session for sustaining and modifying the application environment including application configuration options and server side settings. (Client site)

AccessVia Designer Training

This is a total immersion training session, focused on creating, modifying and updating templates using Designer, AccessVia's template authoring tool. Training includes comprehensive coverage of the tool's basic use. Our intention is to instill in participants a good operating knowledge of the tool so they may begin to develop templates for production use. While the training will culminate with a brief session on the customers' actual template production, further design and development is available using the Template Production Workshop. Application Configuration Workshop

An AccessVia Application Engineer works with your application owners and administrators to perform specific configuration steps within the customer environment to demonstrate how the application is configured. During the one day onsite Application Configuration Workshop, we will provide instructor led training to begin configuring the application in the customer environment and will assist with the integration and configuration of a select number of templates and edit screens.
