Manage and Review Batches

Once you create batches with Web dSignShop or host systems, you may then review and manage their properties, sources, dates and other attributes. Reset or change the status of any batch to quickly be available to store associates and managers. Move them through your enterprise workflow in tune with your specific business processes.

Distribute Batches to Stores and Store Groups

Operations managers can select single or multiple corporate batches to distribute at the touch of a button or to hold in a queue for a later release. Select your batches by store brands, lists of stores or ad-hoc selection then filter this list by batch type, event, date or any batch property. Each distribution can be saved as a store list for use in later distributions. Once your corporate batches are distributed to stores they become localized for store-specific prices, templates, languages or other attributes that you control.

Manage Your Batch Distribution Queue

Control which batches are ready to be released to stores and when. Release them on demand or with your nightly batch processes.  Corporate batches can be held in the queue until their content is approved by creators and portfolio managers just in time for last minute updates. This steadies work processes allowing operations and marketing to work in unison. Track your distribution history and know when and by whom distributions were made.

Modify and Edit Your Store Lists

Create Store lists ‘ad-hoc’ when you make distributions, import them from your existing organizational structure or edit them directly. Name them by region, brand, initiative or weekly processes. Filter your stores or store lists by name, city region or brand. Know when these lists were last updated to help track versions.
