PPM Enterprise Edition

Designed for enterprise-size organizations, the PPM Enterprise Edition enables key configurations for portfolios, roles, permissions and the business logic that runs your publishing system. The Enterprise Edition also includes features designed for large retailers who are managing multiple brands and making use of complex integrations.
The PPM Enterprise Edition includes all the features in the PPM Standard Edition allowing you to manage information about users, stores, portfolios and basic application settings.
Configure and Manage Roles and Profiles
Set up and maintain user roles and profiles and related configurations that allow or disallow access to features in Web dSignShop. Create customized views of application features that target tasks by user role.
Manage and Maintain Batch Status
Check the current status of a batch to see if it’s been printed or deleted. Release a group of batches to stores or move them to an archive. Control when batches are seen by individual users or roles.
Integrate Application Data Sources with Your Existing or Custom Data Structures
Manage the sources that provide data to your AccessVia system. Define different database schemas that are stand-alone or directly integrated with your data model standards. Define batch types and manage where they get their data. Manage how the Web dSignShop user interface will change depending on the data source it is using. Build the metadata to keep track of where and why batches were created to avoid discrepancies that would disrupt your workflow.
Easily Create Your Own Custom Interfaces
Control which tabs, links, and other navigation controls are displayed. Then configure the filtering, ordering, selection, and navigation features on pages that display “grids”. Once these are running the way you want, modify the search criteria in the batch finder and item finder features, and select the data fields you want to make available for searching. Finally, tweak these screens for different user interface languages and language translation strings.
Manage Your Multi-Channel Communication
Choose the location for printing in-store signs and labels. Send select print jobs to a central print shop and other jobs to be printed in a store depending on the optimal location for production. All print locations make use of a common template suite with sign content and pricing comes from the same source so your company brand, image and design are consistent no matter where the job is printed.
- Save Time and Money
Central printing shops can use laser or digital printers and offset printing presses to provide speed, accuracy, and cost savings on large print jobs. - Print at the Right Place and at the Right Time
In-store printers may produce smaller print jobs and fulfill immediate needs on laser or thermal, color or black& white printers so you’re never missing the signs you need. - Integrate Digital Signs and ESLs
Digital devices can be integrated into your shelf-edge programs and be treated as any other shelf-edge output with the same consistency. - You’re in Control
Your retail organization has options to select partners that provide the best cost-per-page that fits your merchandising, logistic and operational strategies.
