We know our tools better than anyone else. Our methodology has been honed through hundreds of successful implementations and guides you through every phase, from discovery and launching your project to managing your first store pilot or full chain deployment. Our experienced team is there to help and will lead you in designing your solution based on best practices in publishing, messaging and store execution. You'll also get comprehensive support and training to guide you every step of the way.
Design
Nothing happens in a silo! Understanding the customer objectives, goals and vision is critical to providing team alignment and begins the base lining of requirements specifically to fit the client needs. Following a project kick-off meeting, the AccessVia team will spend time with your project team through a series of effective two-way introduction and requirements gathering sessions to promote understanding by the client of the AccessVia application and understanding by AccessVia of the client requirements. We will focus on sign and label design, application configuration options and specific data for integration and export to populate the AccessVia application tables.
Develop
Now the real work begins! The AccessVia team begins to configure your application based on requirements while you integrate the data required to populate the sign data tables. Template development runs parallel with AccessVia developing your sign templates or conducting Designer Workshop / Training for your team to develop templates.
Once hardware is set up, templates developed and the application configured and installed, we partner your team with our QA team to go through rigorous end user testing and will also provide sample training materials for you to personalize based on your training methodology.
Deploy
Read, Set, Go! Change is sometimes difficult to manage so we recommend that you begin deployment in a pilot or model store to refine the new processes and ensure user acceptance. During this phase we will provide support as well as chain-wide rollout best practice recommendations.
