Discovery

To change anything we must first recognize our circumstances. Consumer messaging touches virtually every department of your organization. Discovery includes a qualitative and quantitative examination of your consumer messaging processes from start to finish – from corporate to store –  including the marketing, visual merchandising, IT, and operations departments.
