Exploration
The most successful organizations are nimble and responsive – open to change. However, the most successful organizations become so large that incrementalism creeps in. When you are paying so much attention to sustaining success, it’s hard to lift your head up to see what’s on the horizon. Our Exploration phase will help you visualize the opportunities for change.
A variety of potential solutions to remedy existing inefficiencies and develop next-generation strategies in both business process and technology are explored and exercised. Given the findings of the detailed current-state analysis of the Discovery phase, the creative Exploration phase combines the elements of your executives’ knowledge and experience with our team’s ideas, knowledge and extensive industry best-practices expertise, to generate diverse solution approaches to effective consumer messaging for your organization. From business process redesign, new consumer messaging approaches, and visual design to technology in the areas of marketing, visual merchandising, IT, and operations, the exploration process will illuminate options and inform the decisions and recommendations to be made during the
Collaboration phase.
The Exploration phase gives us a chance to shake things up, try new ideas, and experiment with unproven advances. When the stakes are high, and the opportunity for payoff is large, testing ideas is key. Take the opportunity to see new signage, enhanced shelf labeling, and best practices in action – and take note of the sales boost and input from the teams.
