Our non-intrusive SMA process delivers you the information you need to make decisions about how to improve the execution of in-store signs, streamline operations, reduce expenses, enhance margins and allow for greater store profitability through increased store sales.
Our Team conducts an on-site review of your current processes, interviews key players on your team and gathers information about how you create and produce in-store signs and labels and the cost incurred with sign production and waste. Next, we analyze the information and compare it to industry benchmarks. The benchmark comparison, as well as other information gathered during our research phase, will reveal opportunities for improvement. These recommendations are summarized into a report and presentation that delivers a clear plan for action.
On Site Corporate Visit
Our team visits your corporate offices to meet with key constituents from Marketing, IT, Visual Merchandising and Corporate Operations.
During this visit, we will:
- Assess the technology used for printing signs and labels
- Identify strategies planned for in-store systems, connectivity to stores, databases and sign system hardware and software
- Gather examples of all signs to assess their capacity for lifting sales and provide customers with information they seek
- Gather and document the costs related to sign production tasks, stock waste, shipping and other costs associated with sign production
On-site store visits
Our team visits two stores and meets with store management and associates to learn how consumer messaging processes are executed at the store.
In these visits, we will…
- Review sign production processes and how they are executed
- Review of in-store systems including sign and label software, in-aisle handheld hardware and software
- Review in-store signs and fixtures to evaluate the execution of signs to communicate a value message to your customers that provides a lift in sales
- Gather data about labor allocation and budget in order to compare it to actual use
- Gather statistics on sign stock and materials waste
- Review other in-store printed items
Analyze
The AccessVia team analyzes the information gathered during the research phase and provides analysis and comparison. The AccessVia team will:
- Analyze, research and identify areas for improving existing processes for sign production
- Analyze current state of technology and compare against standards and best practices
- Analyze sign template designs to better understand execution and potential for sales lift
- Analyze financial information gathered about costs and waste associated with the sign and label print production and compare these costs against industry standards
