Store Price Coordinator Function Streamlining

Retailers often dedicate valuable resources for too many hours each week to execute in-store consumer messaging.  AccessVia improves job execution so dedicated staff members spend fewer hours completing their activities.

Cashier Price Lookup Efficiency Program

Faster service benefits everyone. AccessVia applications format and publish in-store item data to improve Cashier PLU look-up speed and accuracy. This program accelerates transaction speed and eliminates incorrect product identification—particularly high-margin organic items.

Process Re-Design — Corporate

Following the Consumer Messaging Execution Study and parallel with the AccessVia software implementation or software upgrade we work with you to design new corporate processes and procedures that will improve efficiency in the sign and label creation process.  Focusing on non value activities, in the corporate workflow processes we will document tasks associated with the execution and movement of information required to create the signs and labels. We will validate current state processes and develop detailed re-engineered process flows, best practice recommendations and KPIs to measure the success.

Improved processes result in improved efficiencies—freeing up time to be allocated for other activities or reduced from the payroll budget.  Typically we see retailers are able to eliminate a minimum of one full-time employee by streamlining and eliminating non-value activities.

Focusing on non-value activities we will document tasks associated with the tasks required to print, assemble, validate putting up and taking down promotional, regular and clearance signs and labels. We will validate current state processes and develop detailed re-engineered process flows, best practice recommendations and KPIs to measure the success.

Store or Corporate Process Implementation

Following the re-design of a process AccessVia will develop and manage an implementation plan that is supported by onsite visits to selected locations, change management, training documentation and KPIs.  We will work with your teams to implement, monitor and measure the effectiveness of changes in your organization.

  • Onsite visits and frequent status report for implementation that address change management issues and validate KPIs
